Offensive Security Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a senior offensive security specialist to join an ongoing AI-based Cyber Threat Intelligence project. This role complements the existing team and focuses on adversarial validation of AI models.

You will contribute your expertise to strengthen model robustness and simulate real attacker behavior. The role is embedded within a small technical team and emphasizes precise, expert-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• ▪Conduct adversarial testing of AI models for phishing and DGA detection.
• ▪Simulate attacker behavior, including evasive variants and edge cases.
• ▪Inject controlled noisy or misleading CTI inputs to evaluate model robustness.
• ▪Identify false positives/negatives and weak spots in AI detection.
• ▪Provide clear, practical technical recommendations to improve resilience.
• ▪Collaborate with the existing team and senior external specialists to ensure project continuity.

Requirements

• ▪Extensive experience in offensive security and real-world attack techniques.
• ▪Strong understanding of AI/ML model vulnerabilities and evaluation.
• ▪Practical, hands-on approach - focus on quality and precision over volume.
• ▪Comfortable working in a distributed team and under confidentiality constraints.

Optional Skills / Nice to Have

• ▪Ability to support small automation scripts or dataset generation.
• ▪Experience with ML model evaluation or network-level attack simulation.
